    I think that this design is quite impressive, I am pretty sure that the drafter has already consider the tsunami force etc. However, the placement of parking lot should be considered well. Because in most of the tsunami cases, cars become heavy debris that give additional force against structures. And the other one is the stair construction, because stairs will be the only connection to second floor during tsunami attack. So it should be strong enough to resist from the first and second wave of tsunami. Gud luck...
